New Model Licence for Publications in the Pharmaceutical Industry
Update July, 2007
The following Sample Licence Agreement is the non-binding recommendation of P-D-R/STM which might be used as a starting point for negotiations with publishers in order to ensure that the envisaged Licence Agreement will comprise all major issues. Everyone, whether P-D-R member company or publisher, is free to use another, individual contract or to deviate from the Sample Licence Agreement wherever both parties agree to such as being reasonable clauses of any Licence Agreement.
